Att tillsammans med Dalie få reflektera och uttrycka mig fritt har fått mig att sakta öppna upp mitt riktiga jag. Jag har blivit mer medveten om mig själv och mina gränser, och Dalie har hjälpt mig att fokusera på min nya väg som känns mer lustfyIld och lättsam. Dalies 100%iga närvaro gör att arbetet känns genuint och att man är i trygga händer. Dalie känner in och utmanar mig precis så att jag varje dag gör de små förändringar som behövs för att ta mig framåt. Genom mentorskapet har jag även fått ta del av yoga och meditationspraktik som blivit ny daglig rutin i min vardag… Att ha Dalie vid sin sida gör veckans stressiga utmaningar mycket enklare att klara av, och jag har aldrig sett fram mot resten av min resa mer än nu, evigt Tacksam!

To describe my conversations with Dalie is a bit like trying to describe the shifts in a rainbow – the words are not enough, it must be experienced! Dalie contributes with something much greater than herself. In our conversations, there is a deep sense of safety in that Dalie holds the space I need, even in the moments where I am running out of word. Dalie is the most amazing yoga teacher and a true inspiration! After attending quite many of her wonderful classes I have not yet experienced one class that is the same as before, Dalie always has a new theme or agenda for the inspiring different classes. She creates a lovely atmosphere and you leave her sessions totally relaxed and blessed by the experience.
